Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dolo Motion. All orders are subject to processing, verification, and shipping timelines. By placing an order on www.dolomotion.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing Time:
   •    Standard orders: 1–4 business days
   •    High-volume periods (e.g., drops/releases): 3–7 business days

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following domestic and international shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Delivery time starts after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may take 7–21 business days for delivery depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carrier services.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be charged by your local government upon delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our emails or follow us on social for updates.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

To track your order, visit your carrier’s website and enter your tracking number. If you did not receive tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Dolomotionapparel@gmail.com.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Dolo Motion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
   •    Double-check your address and surrounding area
   •    Check with neighbors or building management
   •    Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
   •    If still unresolved, email us and we will assist to the best of our ability

We highly recommend selecting insured or signature-required shipping for high-value orders.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you input an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to us:
   •    We will contact you to correct the address
   •    A new shipping fee must be paid to reship the package
   •    We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

7. Shipping During Promotions or Product Drops

During new collection drops, limited releases, or sales, processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience as we fulfill your orders in the order they are received.

8. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order or made-to-order, estimated shipping windows will be clearly stated on the product page. These items are not eligible for express shipping and will ship according to the timeline specified.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, depending on inventory and fulfillment logistics. You’ll receive separate tracking emails as items are shipped.
