Refund Policy

Effective: September 7, 2025

At Dolo Motion, every piece is crafted or selected with care. Because of the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are considered final, with very limited eligibility for refunds.

1. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on most items.

Refunds will only be issued if:
   •    You receive an item that is damaged or defective, and
   •    You notify us within 3 days of delivery, and
   •    We are unable to replace the item or offer a suitable exchange

If your order meets the above conditions, please email us at Dolomotionapparel@gmail.com with:
   •    Your order number
   •    Photos showing the issue
   •    A short description of the problem

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances:
   •    Hats (for hygiene and quality reasons)
   •    Rhinestone jumpsuit sets (due to custom embellishment and limited availability)
   •    Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

3. Exchanges (Rhinestone Sets Only)

We do not accept returns, but we offer size exchanges for rhinestone jumpsuit sets, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
   •    Unworn and unwashed
   •    In original packaging
   •    Free of stains, scents, or damage
   •    Tags still attached

To request an exchange, email us at Dolomotionapparel@gmail.com with your order number and desired size.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

4. Order Issues or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
We do not replace items reported after that window.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it:
   1.    Check your bank account again
   2.    Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
   3.    Contact your bank

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed. Please review your items and shipping info carefully before completing checkout.
