4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on product type and demand. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

 

5. Return & Exchange Policy

 

A. Hats – All Sales Final Due to hygiene and quality standards, hat sales are final—no returns or exchanges allowed. Double-check your order before confirming. If you receive a damaged or incorrect hat, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Dolomotionapparel@gmail.com, and we’ll handle it.

 

B. Rhinestone Jumpsuit Sets – Exchanges Only.  We do not accept returns due to custom detailing and embellishment. Still, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original packaging

• Free from stains, scents, or damage

• With original tags attached

 

To request an exchange, email Dolomotionapparel@gmail.com with your order number and requested size.

 

Important Notes:

• Customers cover return shipping costs

• Exchanges depend on availability

• Rhinestone sets are final sale—no refunds

6. Final Sale Items

 

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
